hard few days

So when I weighed in Monday, I lost .2, better than gaining I know. So yesterday I weigh in, and I gained that .2 back. So I'm thinking, wonderful, have I hit a wall or something? So yesterday I made myself drink 3 things of water, soo I drank 96oz of water, about. I got on the scale this morning and lost .8, so almost a pound. Which is awesome :) Today was my 16th day of weighing in, I think, and I've lost a total of 18.4! My mom said lastnight that when we both lose 10% of our original weight, we are going to do something to reward ourselves. Can't really think of anything to do together, she said she might just buy herself a purse, not sure what I should do, or get.
Thats my little update. Sorry I don't update on facebook or anything, I know some people will think I'm really dumb for taking the drops and losing the weight so fast, so I just don't post it on there. I figure if someone really wants to know how I'm doing, they will just check this out :) example: Emily hahaha.

and can I just tell you, we got Tilapia (fish) from costco, I've had it before but it had breading on it, duh, but this doesn't. And I was thinking, great this is NOT going to be good at all. I had it for the first time last week, and had it lastnight again, its SUPER SUPER good! Its amazing how much stuff you find is good when its really all you can eat lol.

  1. Just keep up the positive attitude, you and your mom are doing great! Fish in general is just good. It's your body so what others think shouldn't worry you. It's taken me years to learn that.
