so today i'm going to do an apple day, where you eat only 6 apples through out the day. you do it when losing weight slows down. well i stayed the same today, so i'm going to do it. my mom did it on wednesday and the next day she lost 1.4lbs. they say to do it because the apples get rid of extra water weight that you have. and she also told me that it was hard to eat that many apples because you eat one every other hour. she had to literally make herself eat them. so i'm hoping for the best.
aj and kelsey started the low calorie part of the diet yesterday, they were both hungry lol but they stuck it out, well aj did. not sure if kelsey did but i'm pretty sure that she did. i was kinda surprised how much water aj was able to drink during the day, more than i do. and i told him i wouldn't be surprised if he lost 4lbs when he weighed in this morning. he got out of the bathroom and said he lost 3 he thinks, and went to his room to write it down, well then he came back and he acutally lost 3.8lbs!!!!! sooo exciting! i can't wait to see how he does. today he goes to work with the diet and the drops, so we will see how he does.

I'm pretty sure I could easily eat half those apples without a problem ha. They're a fav in this house :)
