first day of 500 calories

sooo we did our first day of 500 calories. I was a little hungry during the day, but I expected to be after my load up days.
So for breakfast, I had a cup of tea. For a snack I had an orange, then lunch I had 2 saltine crackers, 3oz chicken and spinach. And I drank water. Not as much as I was supposed to, I just couldn't drink that much. Then for a snack on the way to taking Blink to the vet, I had some strawberries, which were super good! Then dinner I had 3oz chicken 2 crackers and broccoli.
I think the hardest thing is remembering not to drinking anything 20 mintues before or after taking the drops. Definitly have to watch the clock.

Aj and Nick of course had to eat their lunch in front of me which was hamburgers and homemade macaroni salad, and that smelled soooooo good! But i resisted!

Sooooo anyways, This morning I get up and get the scale out of my moms bathroom and she tells me she lost 3.2lbs!!!!!! So I'm like pllease lose at least 1! I get on the scale and I lost 3.6!!!!

I am sooo freaking happy! Can't wait to weigh in, in the morning!
